Artist Statement
Net Magik Pros Web Design specializes in web design, search engine placement and web site accessibility. We have been in business since 2001 in the Battle Creek area. Current clients include the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce and the Field of Flight Air Show and Hot Air Balloon Championships.

Artist Bio
Marc Coppins:
Founder and Co-Owner of Net Magik Pros Web Design
Marc is originally from Mt. Clemens, Michigan. In 1999, he was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. At the time he was working in a factory and the heat really affected his body. He had to find a different career. He always had an interest in computers, so he took some computer programming courses at MCTI. He fell in love with Barb Yoder, now his wife, and also with designing web sites. After he graduated from MCTI he pursued web design via additional schooling as well as in-depth hands-on research. Most of Marc's knowledge is self-taught.

Barb Coppins:
Office Manager and Co-Owner of Net Magik Pros Web Design

Barb was born and raised in Dowling, Michigan, just outside of Battle Creek. She has lived in Germany, Texas, Caliifornia and Battle Creek. Her Mother, Fern, fell and broke her hip and Barb moved back to Michigan to help take care of her.

As fantastic of a web designer as Marc is, it is difficult for him to maintain his current customer base and new clients that come to the Net Magik Pros family. That's where Barb comes in. She handles all of the customer contact, accounting and everything else behind the scenes for Net Magik Pros Web Design. Without her, Marc would not be able to design awesome looking and functional websites.

Barb is also the Quality Control for Net Magik Pros Web Design. She is the one that gives the "final ok" to the website before it is presented to the customer. She is very friendly and outgoing and always tries to put a "positive spin" on almost any situation. Barb is also learning about web design.

Marc, Barb and Fern now all reside and operate the business in Battle Creek, Michigan.
